We are here for our community! Please come visit, as long as you are symptom-free. If you are feeling sick at all, please stay home to help end COVID.

Need help connecting with vaccination? Call or visit – we can help!

August UPDATE: We are safely connecting with our community at Helping Hands again, with coffee and connection happening inside as well as on the sidewalk in front of our building. We continue to support our community by helping people find vaccinaction locations nearby (no appointments needed!) as well as other appointments or arrangements that require online access. We also have a computer available for community members to use in a safe way, as well as opportunity to connect with our volunteers or our Outreach Worker on a one-to-one basis. Please stop by from 1-4 pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, call or leave us a Facebook message to arrange an appointment. Ladies Bible Study has also resumed on Wednesday mornings 10-11:30am.

Clothing donations are being accepted – please call us to arrange a good time for drop off.

COVID-19 safety guidelines will continue to be in place for anyone entering our building (including any staff and volunteers) to keep everyone healthy including:

  1. Clean hands and verbal screening coming into Helping Hands
  2. All touched surfaces cleaned regularly
  3. Physical distancing and mask wearing enforced

Disposable masks are available for all, thanks to United Way Hamilton & Halton.

Reaching out, with love and respect,
in Jesus' name.
