We are here for our community! Please come visit, as long as you are symptom-free. If you are feeling sick at all, please stay home to help end COVID.

Need help connecting with vaccination? Call or visit – we can help!

June UPDATE: We are safely connecting with our community at Helping Hands again, with coffee and connection happening on the sidewalk in front of our building. We continue to support our community by helping people set up appointments for vaccinations as well as other appointments or arrangements that require online access. We also have a computer available for community members to use in a safe way, as well as opportunity to connect with our Outreach and Disability Management Workers on a one-to-one basis. Please stop by from 1-4 pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, call or leave us a Facebook message to arrange an appointment.

Clothing donations are being accepted again – please call us to arrange a good time for drop off.

COVID-19 safety guidelines will continue to be in place for anyone entering our building (including any staff and volunteers) to keep everyone healthy including:

  1. Clean hands and verbal screening coming into Helping Hands
  2. All touched surfaces cleaned regularly
  3. Physical distancing and mask wearing enforced
  4. Screening questions for all entering

Disposable masks are available for all, thanks to United Way Hamilton & Halton.

Reaching out, one hand at a time,
with love and respect.
